Advisement
Who is my adviser?
Right now, you have two:
- Academic Commons Professional Adviser (for general college issues)
- Faculty Adviser—Name is in Banner (for everything related to psychology)
After your first year, you will transition away from Academic Commons and meet only with your department adviser.
When to contact your adviser
- 1-2 weeks before registration
- Any time you want to discuss your goals, plans, needs, and questions.
- All students must see an adviser or attend an advising workshop at least once each semester.
